Why create an account on (the Rotary International Website)?
  • It allows you to use credit cards when making a donation and you get credit for the full donation amount.
  • It automatically credits your donations to the Rotary Club of Ojai without supplying additional information.
  • It allows you to view a detailed view of your donations to date.
How to create an account on
  • Go to
  • At the top right of the page click on the "REGISTER" button
  • Enter your first and last names and your email address (this should match the email address used on our local ClubRunner account)
  • Follow the remaining instructions and you should receive an email allowing you to complete the registration process
Suggestion on how to use your "My Member" account

  • At the top right of the page click on the "SIGN IN" button
  • Enter the login information as required
  • Explore the page for interesting information
  • Now click on the "MANAGE" button at the top of the page
  • In the "Club & District Administration" section, click on the "View all forms and reports" button
  • In the "Reports" section in the middle, click on the "View Reports
    • "In the "Individual Reports' section you can now select: "View report," "Give online," or "Mail your contribution"
    • In the "View Reports" selection, click on "Donor History Report"
      • The opened view shows an overall summary of your contributions
      • If you click on the "Transaction detail" tab at the bottom of the screen, you can view the details of all your contributions and transactions along with the date and type of your contributions (Annual Fund, Polio Plus, other special contributions)
      • Note that you can also export this report to your computer in PDF, EXCEL and CSV formats by selecting the desired icon at the top of the page.  This downloads both the overview and the detailed report.
    • In the "Give online" selection, follow the instructions. 
      • You will be asked to identify the fund to support (Annual Fund or Polio Funds are encouraged).
      • You can then specify the amount of the contribution.
      • Note that individual contributions are required for each fund to support.
      • If you are already registered, most of the required data should appear
      • You will now have to enter your credit card information
      • NOTE:  You can also click on the DONATE button on the page to go directly to this page
    • In the "Mail your contribution" click on "GLOBAL CONTRIBUTION FORM (123-EN)" then "Generate Pre-Populated Form"
      • Most of the form is now populated.  You just need to enter the information needed and send the form to TRF.
      • Note that it is easier to just write a check to TRF and turn this in at the registration desk before the club meeting.
