Assemblymember Steve Bennett, who represents the 38th district in western Ventura County, will speak to our Club about issues he's focused on in Sacramento. After serving for 20 years on the Ventura City Council, Mr. Bennett was elected to the Assembly in 2020. He currently serves as Chair of the Budget Subcommittee for Climate Crisis, Resources, Energy and Transportation in the California State Assembly.
