Journalism: British v. American Style

Franz Lidz is an author, journalism and erstwhile NBA executive. He's lived in Ojai for about five years and continues to publish frequently in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, where he writes about archaeology, science and film. He spent 27 years as a senior writer at Sports Illustrated. His memoir, "Unstrung Heroes," about his eccentric uncles, was made into a film in 1995.
