Mission
The Club Administrator is responsible for making sure all aspects of the weekly meetings run smoothly. 
 
Club Historian
The Club Historian is responsible for gathering and archiving all printed, published or broadcasted material pertaining to each Rotary year.  Photos, press releases, news stories, weekly bulletins, advertisements, posters, cable spots and any other pertinent public information are to be collected and retained electronically.
 
Club Fundraising
This committee is responsible for the solicitation of businesses and individuals to sponsor our fundraising activities.  This committee is responsible for creating solicitation materials, keeping track of contacts and following through with donors.
 
Finemaster
The weekly fine sessions are designed to raise revenue for our yearly charitable allocations and to allow our members the opportunity to speak before the club and become better known.  The committee is responsible for selecting a finemaster for each week's meeting.
 
Programs
The program committee books weekly programs for the entertainment and education of our Club.  This committee meets year round.
 
Sergeant-at-Arms
The Sergeant-at-Arms is appointed for the year by the Club Administrator and is responsible for setting up our weekly meeting place and keeping order.  These duties include hanging our banners and pennants, setting up the sound system, preparing the podium area, setting out member badges, and providing any special audio visual equipment which may be needed for the program.
 
Social Chair
The Social Chairperson is responsible to propose activities throughout the year that promotes fellowship among the members. Events such as the "Fifth Friday" socials should also involve the members'spouses and significant others as much as possible. The fees for thses events and activities should be fixed to cost the direct costs (food, drinks and associated expenses). At least one major event (sporting event, play, musical presentation) should be organized during the year.
