Llamas and Succulents

On March 24th, under cerulean skies, our Rotary Club of Ojai visited the homes of John/Peggy Russell and Don/Cheree Edwards. Thanks to our gracious hosts! It was so nice to see Judy Pugh, our honorary member. We toured the verdant grounds of the Edwards' home. Don Edwards has assembled a vast array of drought resistant flora, some of which were thought to be extinct. It was on to the Russell's and their well-kept menagerie of everything from turkeys to llamas. We were treated to some of Peggy's award-winning cookies and desserts. Remember, next Friday is the social at the Ojai Brewing Company from 5-7 PM. Come, have a beer/soda and either bring your munchies or buy from the food truck.
